Even though Breast Cancer Awareness month is running down, there is still lots of time to make a difference. Recently, About Plastic Surgery and Breast Oasis have partnered to empower women emotionally and physically by launching the Surgeons Give Support program nationwide.

The program is committed to providing new and gently used bras, donated by plastic surgeons’ patients and their communities, to women in need nationwide. The program is not only committed to providing new and gently used bras to women in need but also providing a self-breast exam card with each bra. The cards encourage women to get yearly mammograms and check for lumps themselves.

The program has been up and running since the end of September and Surgeons Give Support will run through Breast Cancer Awareness month and end Friday, November 2nd.
