Trade shows are a chance for brands and buyers to meet, conduct business and, most importantly, exchange ideas. At Altitude Intimates this month, April 17 – 19, 2018 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, the show organizers are rolling out five seminars designed to help anyone involved in intimate apparel industry improve their business.

Topics range from Trends to Intellectual Property and each one-hour long seminar is being held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.

Angela completed her college education studying in South America, Australia, and United States before completing her Masters in International Business Administration (IMBA) in the city of Miami. This international education and exposure to different markets have allowed her to grow both her company and the brand throughout the world. Judy Valentine, Owner, J. Valentine, Inc.
Judy Valentine Judy Valentine is owner and head designer at J. Valentine, Inc. She started the company in 1994 with only a love of art and pop culture to fuel her passion. Her unexpected approach to design has garnered her great respect over the years, and her commitment to the Made in USA label has led to many followers. She is currently focused on Festival fashion, which has come natural to her as she is a hippie at heart. She is a supporter of LGBTQ rights and also an animal activist.

Sam Fard, CEO Roma Costumes
Sam Fard Mr. Sam Fard is the founder and CEO of Roma Costumes. Roma was started in 1990 as a small Bikini and Dancewear store on Hollywood Blvd.

In 1994, Roma started to sell exclusively wholesale and partnered with current CFO Alan Nikol. Since those early days, Roma has turned into a ever changing leader in the Lingerie, Halloween and Ravewear industry. Scharff is an apparel industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations and driving collaboration & creativity among dynamic, talented, senior level team members. Mr. Scharff is the former Chief Executive Officer & the former Controlling Shareholder of DG Brands/Dreamgirl International and has been involved with such well known organizations as BCBG Max Azria, St. John Knits, and the Movado Group. In addition, Mr. Scharff has participated in the restructuring & rebuilding of distressed organizations including serving on the Chapter 11 Creditor’s Committee of several well-known retailers within the lingerie industry.

Jeff Watton Jeff Watton joined Phoenix-based, ecommerce giant, Yandy.com as Chief Financial and Operating Officer in 2016, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic financial growth, managing relationships with equity and debt stakeholders and general company operations. Jeff has executive oversite of key departments within Yandy including merchandising, accounting, human resources, customer service and fulfillment.

Jeff has eight years of industry experience and is no stranger to driving ecommerce growth. Prior to joining Yandy, Jeff served as Vice President of Finance at Spiritual Gangster, a leading yoga apparel brand. He also served as Senior Manager of Finance for Tallwave, a consulting agency for technology companies, and as a Professor of Finance at Grand Canyon University.
