Blue Boutique Wins Coquette’s ILS Promotion

If attending a lingerie trade show in Las Vegas wasn’t exciting enough, the buyer’s at Blue Boutique also received a trip for two to Hawaii courtesy of Coquette’s annual trip giveaway. The promotion is held by Coquette at ILS every year with the drawing done on the second night of the show.
This year, the fabulous vacation will send the winners at Blue Boutique to Oahu where they will stay at a Sheraton Resort for one memorable and exotic week. Buyers were given a ballot for every $3,000 order placed. This year the winner of the trip was Blue Boutique from Utah.
“We were extremely thrilled to have pulled Blue Boutique as the winner of this trip,” said sales representative Robyn Meyer. “Kaci [buyer, Blue Boutique] is from Hawaii, and has not been home in over four years. It’s also her mother’s 65th birthday this year, so winning this trip was perfect for her!”
Coquette also announced their success at the International Lingerie Show April 8th to 10th at the Rio All-Suite Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
The Coquette booth was adorned with larger-than-life media shots of the best-selling pieces from each collection. Highlighted were the cover pieces from Main, Darque and Masquerade all of which showcased under the Coquette logo that could be seen throughout the show above the other booths. Definitely a main attraction, Coquette saw a constant flow of international buyers, retailers and media, all of whom stopped in for a visit. The team on location discussed Coquette’s current designs and what to expect in the upcoming year.
“Our booth was consistently busy this year,” said owner Peter Horea. “We are always happy to see familiar faces and meet with some new ones. Our brand marketing has grown immensely over the last couple of years and we were thrilled with all the positive feedback from our customers.”
While in attendance at the show, Coquette showcased 10 outfits in the Monday night lingerie fashion show, three Masquerade costumes, two Darque pieces and five outfits of the best-selling lingerie lines. Retailers and distributors packed the room to be entertained by dancers and the newest fashions by exhibitors. The show included costumes, shoes and lingerie pieces that were grouped by company name and showcased through dance routines.
As another successful show has winded down, Coquette has already booked their attendance for the fall show September 23rd to 25th, 2013 at the Rio in Las Vegas. Retailers and buyers alike can look forward to the official launch of the 2014 Kissable Collection catalogue as well the 2014 Spring/Summer Collection.
