A Force for Nature: the DORINA ECO LINE Collection
“Earth and Nature are our inspiration. We have the mission to be a ‘Force of Change’ for our industry.” – Edouard Roche, DORINA CEO.
If you care about the environment, you need to start paying attention to lingerie brands like DORINA who have been in business since 1968. They share your values, concerns and are working on creating products that lessen their impact around the globe.
“Earth and Nature are our inspiration. We have the mission to be a ‘Force of Change’ for our industry.” said DORINA’S CEO, Edouard Roche.
This sentiment is why, two years ago, DORINA embarked on an eco-journey to devote their company to produce, package and market products in the most sustainable manner possible. And these efforts and beautiful designs are helping make the brand become a best seller on popular sites like ASOS and ZALANDO.
A Force of Change
“We focus on ECO Fabrics, ECO Packaging and ECO behaviour, always having Woman in mind. For her we guarantee Chic Design, Supreme Quality and Democratic Prices.”
“While we see more and more fashion brands starting be more sustainable, many intimates brands have not made their ECO-turnaround. DORINA wants to be the force of change.”
Coming out of this effort, is the brand’s new ECO LINE – a bold, beautifully designed and eco-friendly lingerie collection that’s all about comfort, fit and fashionable design.
The ECO LINE is made up of six ranges (Fili, Patricia, Kendall, Tara, Lila and Faith) offering a variety of bra and bottom styles from Balcony Bras, Bandeau Bras, Tangas and Hipsters.
The muse for all these pieces? Nature. The designers at DORINA looked to the environment and were inspired by organic forms to create the print and lace designs.
The materials are made from recycled P.E.T Fabric from primarily polyester and nylon recycled from plastic bottles and fishing nets; organic cotton grown using special systems that minimize environmental impact or bluesign® lace which is created with clean processes making sure air and water emissions are environmentally friendly.
“While we made the products ECO, we do not sacrifice the other values that brand is about,” added Edouard. “The comfort and the fit, and the fashionable design we always offer for to celebrate every woman’s natural beauty for them to ‘#LoveYourCurves.'”
“We design essential to sensual styles, meaning we have essential items to more sensual designs,” adds the brand.
