“This course will help you connect deeper with your customers by assessing and then filling their need. It will make your customers come back for more!” – Laura Burke, Director of Customer Service for Bare Necessities.

Retailers, designers and brands looking to improve their bra fitting knowledge and improving their intimates business can sign up for the next round of classes at the FabFit Academy. Online registration for the program is open: fabfitacademy.com.

The FabFit Academy is a comprehensive online bra fit training and certification program designed for the intimate apparel professional.

Created by Ali Cudby, author Busted! The Fab Foundations© Guide to Bras That Fit, Flatter and Feel Fantastic, the FabFit Academy has trained professionals worldwide in a trademarked methodology, which focuses on how a bra should fit a body at every stage of a customer’s life, and how to engage with women so they feel understood and cared for when shopping.

“Anyone selling bras should enroll in the FabFit Academy. It will give them the full scope, from the parts of the bra to how it should fit and all body types. This course will help you connect deeper with your customers by assessing and then filling their need. It will make your customers come back for more!” said Laura Burke, Director of Customer Service for Bare Necessities.

The FFA is made up of six classes, with fit guides and other downloads throughout the training. There is Q&A and the opportunity to learn from other industry professionals throughout the class.

Cudby emphasizes the importance of the bra fitting experience for a lingerie business saying, “A single transformational bra fitting means a great sale and a happy customer on day one, and these benefits have ripple effects — a customer for life, repeat purchases and even more customers through positive word of mouth. On the other hand, even a single negative fit experience can create a negative for the bottom line, as that customer is lost, along with anyone they speak to about their experience. In today’s world of Yelp, a single customer’s happiness quotient can be broadcast on an ever-larger stage.”

Since its launch earlier this year, the Fab Fit Academy has trained retailers and brands both large and small including the entire Bare Necessities customer service team.
