Freshpair.com Video Spotlight Part 1
“Enough about us, Freshpair is about you.”
That’s the first line from Freshpair’s “About Us” section. It’s a simple enough statement, but in those few words consumers and visitors to the online retailer can immediately tell what is most important to the company — customer service and the customer experience.

As one of the largest online intimate apparel retail sites in the United States, we wanted to learn more about Freshpair. Luckily, we had one of the best guides around — Matthew Butlein, president of the company. Earlier this year, Matthew took the Lingerie Journal team on a tour of Freshpair’s headquarters in New York City and sat down with us for this video interview (above).

In part 1 of this video interview with Matthew talks to us about Freshpair’s history, his role as president, how the company works with new brands and more insights. Additionally we learn more about the National Underwear Day which Matthew describes as “…the most important day of the entire year!” The event serves as to promote the company and also put the spotlight on intimates.
“[National Underwear Day] is a chance for us to talk about just how important underwear is and get it the recognition it deserves,” noted Matthew. We wholeheartedly agree.
