ILS April 2015 Photo Recap
Bells wailing, dice bouncing on felt, a metal ball plinking on wood trying to find an open pocket and that familiar sound of casino chips clacking welcome your ears as you walk towards the Rio Hotel’s convention center, home of the International Lingerie Show (ILS). It’s the sound of luck and it’s the perfect way to start the day at ILS.
For those who weren’t able to make to this month’s show, held from March 30 – April 1, 2015, the Lingerie Journal has the perfect photo recap of the show (continue to scroll down for all the images). This month’s ILS Show, was an excellent collection of brands showcasing daywear, lingerie, sleepwear and loungewear, dancewear, clubwear, swimwear, sexy shoes, and hosiery for visiting buyers and press.
The April ILS show was also a great venue for buyer’s to discover intimate accessories, pleasure products, sexual health products and intimate cosmetics like those offered by Luz de La Riva (pictured above).
New-to-ILS brands included Alma Donna, Fearless and Fun Lingerie, Wilderness Dreams, Rowdy Girls Bikinis, Mochi and Faja Diseno D’Prada Shapewear amongst others. This season’s runway show was, as always, a great experience and the perfect way to see lingerie and more in motion and on a variety of models.

The runway show also featured a tribute to Speciality Trade Show’s Myron Lazar who retires this year. Models wearing styles from Forplay’s new Fetish range danced around a (delightfully) blindfolded Myron. Forplay’s Fetish range (pictured above) deserves special note as several visitors noted it was one of their show favorites over the three day trade show.

Another highlight of the runway show was a special look at Coco Austin’s new Cocolicious Lingerie. Models strutted in key looks from the collection, dancing to Nikki Menaj’s Anaconda. Coco herself walked through the collection on stage, showing off the brand’s Seamless Dress, Maja Flava Bodysuit and more. Coco also spent some time at Rene Rofe’s booth to showcase her new brand as well.
Back on the show floor, we want to highlight two brands with consistently exceptional booths — Espiral and Fantasy Lingerie. Espiral’s booth always has a built-in runway that allows the brand to showcase a variety looks on a few models who are always on hand during the three days of the show. Fantasy also does a great job with their booth – each year, they decorate and lovingly merchandised to show off the brand’s latest collection. It’s inviting and always fresh.
We have tons more photos of the booths and exhibitors below, so please explore and if you’re interested in visiting ILS, the next show is scheduled for August 31 – Sept 2, 2015 and again for April 4 – 6, 2016 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. We’ll see you at the convention center (…and at the craps table!).
