Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the lace Industry, is searching for a dynamic Administrative/Product Development Assistant to join their team.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain list of all new laces
  • Prepare headers for Paris Show & Sales teams & IAL
  • Mail samples of new laces to Italy
  • IAL correspondence (prices
  • Sample orders
  • Headers)
  • Scan all laces
  • Maintain system with correct specs
  • Costing
  • Image
  • Minimums for all active styles
  • Scanning
  • Follow up with Brava on sample yardage from pilot lots
  • Circulate prices to sales teams
  • Lab Dips/Color Standards include:
  • Ordering standards
  • Enter new colors & lab dip requests in system
  • Follow up on samples in testing
  • Manage/track/submit invoices for payment
  • File hard copies of BV reports in office
  • File hard copies of reports in storage that are older than 6 months
  • - Sketches:
  • Organize designers sketches
  • Customer Specs:
  • Duplicate QA Packages for VS with mid spec yardage
  • Filling in excel work order Quality Results & sending with sample requests
  • Maintain Showroom:
  • Maintain headers for all showrooms/salesforce
