Job Description

The objective of the Customer Service Specialist is to be a liaison between customers and NK iMODE. The role focus on customer service and managing our client accounts. This is a position for someone who enjoys a challenge, communicating with customers in a positive, energetic manner and who welcomes the opportunity to take ownership of their duties.

  • Strong English Skills a must. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is needed for daily tasks; proficiency preferred

  • Must be available to work 5 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. High school diploma supplemented by college education and Office administration/support and customer service: 2 years. This is a regular full time role with a schedule of 40 hours per week.


  • Create an exceptional/friendly and professional customer experience by proactively engaging with clients via e-mail and the phone to understand and meet their needs
  • Facilitated by product knowledge
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with existing and new customers
  • Have interpersonal and communication skills
  • Including the ability to actively listen/ empathize/ ask questions and respond in language that customers understand
  • Identify opportunities to deepen the client’s connection with NK iMODE and to positively promote our products and services – Brand Ambassadors
  • Resolve any and all customer issues and inquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate the benefits and encourage customers to shop online Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation
  • Enter and process orders (sales confirmations
  • Picking slips
  • Invoice) and process returns
  • Pack and invoice the customer’s orders
  • Prepare
  • Organize and file all shipping documents
  • Track delivery shipment – prepare weekly status reports for all orders
  • Follow Up with customers after delivery of the order by e-mail or phone Update customer’s file information and useful documents
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations
  • And execute tasks in prompt
  • Efficient and professional manner. Data entry
  • Generate daily and weekly reports
  • Administrative duties include:
  • Courier receiving
  • Filing
  • Support in all areas as needed
  • Overseeing and maintaining telephone system
  • Ensure organization and upkeep of office equipment and maintaining office supplies. In addition to the above duties you will be assigned other duties and responsibilities as required
