The store’s target customer is between 28-48, with a higher than average income. Kia says they can be divided into three groups. “The lingerie lovers who treat themselves to beautiful pieces regularly, the seducers looking for a special piece for a night of romance, and last but not least, the curious type, a wild card who’s new to the world of lingerie but is eager to explore,” she says.

Killed in Action has also seen the gift-buying male shopper trend that many lingerie stores experience. “Who would have guessed,” exclaims Kia. These shoppers are looking to buy gifts for their loved ones around special occasions and holidays.
