Layneau Lux Lounge
Layneau Lux Lounge: look at the brand’s Isabella Collection which includes the lovely Isabella Robe pictured above.
“Layneau pushes the athleasure trend to the pinnacle of luxurious possibility.” – Kaaren Bedi, Layneau.
Some call it Resort dressing or hotel dressing…Layneau calls it Lux Lounge. That is Lounge as a way of life. It is an ease coupled with elegance, refined femininity and above all comfort says the brand’s founder and designer, Kaaren Bedi.
All of these qualities are drawn together in the brand’s luxurious Isabella Collection. Layneau recently sent us images from their latest shoot highlighting these gorgeous pieces along with a quick look at the Ruby Collection.

“Made to be layered, these pieces move with ease into daily life.”
“The Isabella Collection features our most feminine robe and chemise detailed with Darquer Leavers Lace and chiffon,” notes Kaaren. “Moving on beyond the bedroom we have added lounge separates: the tap pant, the lounge pant camisole, bralette and of course our signature Pop-over.”
Layneau pushes the athleasure trend to the pinnacle of luxurious possibility. Fine silks and exceptional French laces make these pieces a refreshing point of difference for the most discerning clients when mixed with streetwear.

“Put on the bralette and popover with jeans for a trip out for coffee,” suggest Kaaren. “Or pair the lounge pant and with an easy sweater for dinner. The possibilities are endless.”
The brand’s Ruby Collection is a fresh take on the classic men’s pajam (pictured above); Kaaren has created the feminine bralette and camisole to round out a fresh and feminine take on the traditional classic.
Constructed to last generations, meticulous seams and attention to fit are evidence of designer Kaaren Bedi’s extensive design experience, pooled together from years as a costume designer, wedding gown couturier and fine antique jeweler. Now, LAYNEAU’s bespoke pieces are crafted by hand in the label’s Portland atelier, taking great care to both cover, and reveal, strategically. Named after Lindsay “Layneau” Boudreaux, an up-start French immigrant credited as the first professional lingerie designer in America, LAYNEAU represents enduring allure for the woman with great thought, purpose and vision. LAYNEAU is worldly and sophisticated, witty and commanding, ripe and fearless. LAYNEAU is Liz Taylor, Carla Bruni, Catherine Deneuve, Edith Head, Marion Cotillard, Carmen Dell ‘Orefice, Diana Vreeland, Virginie Amelie Avegno Gautreau (Madame X). The LAYNEAU woman understands the power of subtle theatricality and has the confidence to be outrageous if needed; to delight in maturity and embrace the brevity of life.
