Melissa Odabash and Amoena Together Once Again

For the second time, the world’s leading breast care brand and experts in supportive design for women, Amoena, pairs up with fashion icon Melissa Odabash to create a new collection of stand-out mastectomy swimwear, making a bright comeback after the success of their first collection. The collection offers designer swimwear with pocketed bra cups in case the client needs breast prosthesis. The collection also raise funds for U.K. breast cancer charity Future Dreams, with a percentage donated with each sale.

“From Canada to Australia, the feedback I’ve gotten is from women saying, ‘Thank you! Finally, someone in the fashion world has taken this on board!’ To make women feel good is everything… giving them back confidence, so they’re not scared to go to the beach after having a mastectomy… it’s such a good feeling. The collection is just as glamourous as my regular collection, so I’m happy to do it.”, says Melissa Odabash, with second collection following the success of the first.

The collection is modelled by U.K. television personality, former Olympic gymnast and ambassador for Future Dreams, Jacquie Beltrao, who has publicly discussed her breast cancer diagnosis and surgery, taking now a role as a swimwear “spokesmodel”. The pieces are meant to support, flatter, embolden and delight these brave women who need it most!

For 2018, they present a new style: the tankini, who was requested by customers all over the world. The tankini allows the ease of a two-piece swimsuit with the coverage of a one-piece, something that is pleasing and comfortable. Sizes have also been increased, reaching even more women. The designs are available now at both Amoena and Future Dreams website, and this partnership is guaranteed to be a success!
