Canadian brand Montelle Intimates has been specializing in some of the best must-have foundation essentials for over two decades. With sizes ranging from cup sizes A to H and back sizes 32 to 42, Montelle aims to cater to a large cross-section of the lingerie market.
Besides providing clean cut classic collections, Montelle enhances their yearly portfolio with two fashion lines based on the integrity of their essential pieces. Fashion collections rendezvous with Spring and Autumn periods to celebrate the mood of these seasons.

In such a vying arena as the intimates industry, it makes perfect business sense to forge ahead of the competition, striving to become that distinct market leader. However, for a stalwart company such as Montelle Intimates to go down the route of drawing other brands under its wings, there must be something to be said for joining forces and becoming a family of brands instead.

Montelle has been making a well-established name for itself in the intimates industry since 1994, why did the brand feel the need to forge partnerships/relationships with other brands?
Lingerie stores today offer consumers more than just bras and panties. Just as consumers are looking to save time and still get what they love, boutiques are looking for the same service. By partnering with these unique brands we offer a distinct portfolio of styles, fits and solutions that address the needs of women at various points in their lives. Our ability to provide a one-stop shopping experience for our busy boutique owners sets us apart.

From inspirational launches to influential brands
The company now owns Fleur’t, are in partnerships with Lusomé and miel and are in a licensing agreement with HookedUp Shapewear. What was it about these companies that made Montelle want to have a working relationship with them?
Each of these brands has an inspiring story at their inception, a catalyst for beginning. They were been created by women passionate about helping other women. The concepts and designs address the specific challenges and needs faced by many in ways that are both creative and beautiful. Our relationship with each of these brands enhances the product line we are able to offer our retail partners.

How have these brand relationships changed the Montelle brand image?

Are there any major challenges in simultaneously handling multiple brands and how do you manage/resolve them?
Our company has more than doubled in size over the last five years. At times, this spectacular growth has posed challenges to our resources. We have hired amazing people with many years of experience in the industry to optimize the infrastructure and build skilled teams in every area of the business. We are looking to the future with innovations in technology, design and business intelligence that will help us continue this phenomenal growth.
