“You’re not just going to come in here and buy a bra or panty. You’re going to come in here, have a full experience and be a part of this world – this Naked Princess world.” — Jordana Woodland, Naked Princess.

Splays of fragrant orchids, glittering chandeliers and a luxurious collection of intimates and loungewear greeted guests last week at Naked Princess’ flagship boutique opening.

The new brick-and-mortar Naked Princess boutique, located at 653 N. La Cienega in Los Angeles, California, is a shopping destination that CEO and Creative Director Jordana Woodland has carefully curated with pieces for the modern day boudoir: Naked Princess signature lingerie, loungewear and beauty collections as well as uncommon pieces for the home.

The flagship boutique’s exterior facade (as well as the interiors) of this Iconic building were designed in tandem by Jordana and LM Pagano, project designer for LM Pagano Design. The building has been sleekly recreated for Naked Princess with a tall expanse of glass, blush stucco and honed Calacutta Vagli marble.

In constructing this retail experience, every detail was exquisitely thought out and is consistent with the brand’s message of refined luxury. Visiting customers and attendees at last week’s opening were greeted by an entrance foyer decorated in white gold leaf; and once inside the large expanse, guests noticed the boutique’s spectacular custom cabinetry and fixtures done in the Naked Princess signature finish. Mixed gray wood tones in the wide planked hardwood flooring and rough hewn beams also add a beachy casualness to the super elegant, feminine aesthetic.

The entire space is dotted with unique treatments and finishes. The silver leaf bathroom is detailed with wainscoting and a marble vanity. The enclosed patio is a continued and natural extension of the store.

The private showroom on the second floor includes fitting rooms and features a kitchen and an upstairs powder room. Perfect for intimate celebrations, bridal showers and special parties. The warm luxe interior highlights the intimate shopping and gifting message. The space has been designed for small gatherings and celebrations.

Nice PR piece, but what about the actual line & marketing target? The photos are sweet, but not showing anything special. I guess prints are out, as there were just a few watercolor items but nothing bold, just solid colors.
What pieces make this line/store special???

I visited the brand’s online site after reading this post. R.L., who made the last comment might like the French Crochet line that the company has. True, not a lot of prints, but this fabric and this collection feels different and unique. My body isn’t quite in the shape it used to be in, so I did not get the sexy French Crochet bodysuit (although I wish I could), but I did get the romper in black and it’s really comfortable and flattering. Thanks for the post.
