Spreegirl, the California based sleepwear and loungewear line, announces its first foray into swimwear, which will be a major division of its upcoming SS2012 collection.

“Combining eco-friendly fabrications with modern silhouettes and the line’s signature braiding details, the swim collection’s aesthetic is uniquely Spreegirl,” said the company.

These swimwear styles, along with new sleepwear and loungewear designs for SS2012, will debut at the Miami Swim & Lingerie Show, Booth# 192.

Spreegirl’s SS2012 Collection also features a number of signature styles from the line, which have proven popular since its debut in 2006. Spreegirl camis, tanks, sleep shirts, shorts, pants, and rompers are a multi-functional addition to a working wardrobe. Spreegirl’s versatile designs include pieces that can double up as swim cover ups, seamlessly fusing swim, lounge, and sleepwear, and blurring the lines between inner and outer wear. What’s more, with the addition of swim for SS2012, Spreegirl expands upon its burgeoning sleepwear and loungewear offerings with a complete wardrobe custom-tailored for the ever-changing needs of the consumer.

As an important aspect of Spreegirl’s environmental initiative, Spreegirl incorporates sustainable fabrics such as hemp, micro modal, tencel, lyocell, and bamboo into the line. Additionally, the swim styles are constructed from recycled fabrications, including nylon. Wholesale prices range from $16-$60, with MSRP ranging from $40-$150.
